Pack Your Items
Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
